I have recently went from three fingers to 2 fingers because I am working out a long time injury that has prevented me from using 2 fingers for a long time. So now about 1/4 of my kickflip from flatground are crooked like they flip not straight but away from me off to the right!!  Please I welcome any tips or anything to help. It kills me because when I use three fingers my kickflips are perfect I just don't understand so I need to know why my 2 finger kickflips are going crooked!!!  PLEASE HELP!!!

its good that you switched to two fingers. this will only help you in the long run.

as for the crooked kickflips... try and flip your finger straight off the nose or towards your body to try and fix this.

when i do a varial kickflip i purposely try and flip it away from me and as long as i dont do this it usually flips straight and is not crooked.

just keep on trying and keep using two fingers.

Try keeping your back finger is straight across the tail. Whenever mine go crooked I adjust my back finger placement.

You can try setting up your fingers like an ollie to help increase stability. That's how I over came that problem when I first started. Over time you will get a better feel for the board and finger placement. Keep at it an you will improve

Thanks all for the input and my kickflips are straightening out with much practice and help but I would still love people to put their opinions and solutions on here for others that are struggling and need help!!!

Hmm, when my tricks starts to get crooked or something i just make alot of solid ollies, don't know why, but it helps.
