yea i have one but i wanna see of you have any like tips on how to do your best in a competition.

my tip is if you put your fb hand in cold ice water for like 10 secs and then dry it off its super grippy. thanks invictus for that tip it helped me during battle of the beast

and the cold water works soo good and when i get out of the shower my fingers are soo grippy too

I heard that if you don't shit for three days you will fingerboard way better.  I never make it past 2 though.

Tip for calming down in any situation:

Deep breaths, in through the nose and out through the mouth. However many breaths you need until you're nice and calm!

you can always count your breaths and its a basic form of meditation.. works very well

breath in and out concentrating on your chest contracting and expanding on the breath out that is 1

count from 1-9 and start over at 1.. if your mind strays and you start counting up past 9 start over.. this helps clear up any mind chatter and focus your brain.
