| candle wax is fine, but wax it good and frequently. the bricks fuck up your bottom ply so fast, you can recognize almost every slide if it's not waxed. |

| "In online forums and other online discussion spaces bump is the word used to describe an action (e.g. a message post) so that a particular thread is returned to the top in the list of threads. Some users may even post a message with only the word "bump" to indicate they are posting only to bump the thread to the top of the list where more users will see it."

Much more eloquently worded than I would be able to assemble. |

it's completely up to you if you use them. if you want to protect your bottom ply from beeing scratched, use them. no matter if real wear or not. |

| Take either a winkler pocket or a mini dos and get hold of someone that does vacuum forming so you can get a abs plastic version you can pour the crete in. This would be the easiest way to get a diy crete miniramp. The RPF forums would be a good place to look for someone locally in your area that has this kind equipment readily at hand..
If you dont know anyone that does vaccum forming you can get away with doing it yourself. Some cash for a sheet of abs plastic, diy frame for the abs plastic, oven to heat the abs plastic on the diy frame and a diy vaccum box connected to a vaccum machine you can pull one yourself too.. |

search the trashbins at your local marble/granite countertop business. that how i got my slanted granite curbs. and mika, use paint markers and just dot the paint onto the grip. making lines will ruin the tip of the marker, because of the grit of the grip. |

| What kind of camera's do y'all use? I don't want to use a go pro but I don't have the funds for a vx1000. Would a basic handy cam like a Sony HDR-CX240 allow me to shoot quality videos? And what kind of lenses do y'all use? Are there fish eye, and wide angle lenses available for camcorders like that? |

I have the 3+ silver, and it is absolutely amazing. Insane slow motion, great fisheye, and it's nice and compact. The colors arent as nice as a dslr obviously, they are a bit more bland but a little color correction can fix it. Definitely worth buying one. |

| okay so i have had my ytrucks x4 for a while now but i have a problem, i ride mainly single bearing wheels (winklers and oaks), to put these on and not get wheel wobble i have to do either 1. put pivit cups on the hanger, or screw the nut down fully. pivot cups look silly and screwing the nut down leaves a jaggy hanger. i am contemplating filing down the hanger so that i can screw it all the way down but i have a 33mm deck atm, will the trucks look stupid on the deck now ? like 29mm trucks on a 32mm would ? how do you guys with ytrucks overcome this |

Pivot cups only look stupit on TDLBs. YTrucks, Oaks and pivot cups are the perfect combination, because the wheels cover the pivot cups completely. |
