| Short: From everything I have seen you would need to either buy/trade for them from someone who already owns them, or purchase an entire 32mm BRT set with hanger. They are not an individually sold item. Long: Blackriver is smart about their marketing and resources. When the 29mm trucks were no longer a big deal and 32mm was all the rage (because of expanded width decks) they kept the leftover baseplates from the already made 29mm trucks to be used with the new 32mm hangers. They offered the leftover 29mm hangers separately so that you could repair any broken trucks you already had, but could not upgrade them to a "better" 32mm set.
