There's so much hate in the fingerboarding community nowadays, it's ridiculous.
A new company appears with a name that people don't like, "oh shut down, you'll never make a cent."
A beginner uploads a video for the first time, " you should quit, you suck!"

Honestly, there's 0 support. And you've gotta be top dawg, to be on unite and fbtv.
but still, why all the hate?
It wasn't around 3-4 years ago.
But whatever makes you happy.

People get hated on for the littlest of things, their style, their videos, etc.
I find it very, unneeded.
I mean c'mon now, don't comment on something, you have no intention of respecting, or putting positive inputs towards the owner.
You know?

It's this what makes people not want to do the hobby anymore, or as people say it "lifestyle" even though, it's far from a fucking life style. (x

Oh god not another one of these threads. It baffles me that people have a negative view on the fingerboarding scene. Just stop caring about what other people do or think and have fun for YOURSELF, not for anyone else.

I think you're just focused on the negatives. There's a lot of people here that are positive and willing to help. Also if you hate how fbtv and unite are run you should start your own. I mean that in the most sincere way possible as well. I'd love to see another blog out there.

Also, if you think this is what you call a lot of hate, you obviously weren't around for FFI in 2008/2009. If you had a bad video, people let you know it was bad, and they REALLY let you know. There's other examples but you get the idea. If anything, the level of hate in the scene has decreased since then. The only other difference between then and now is that people back then dealt with the hate instead of making threads about it.

Sure man I can lock it. One last thing, people have been on this forum for a year or longer so I think they just get tired of the same old same old and just call it like they see it.
