OK, so I was knocking this around as an idea on Facebook but now I've set a date that a few people at least can make

Depending on the weather of course, it's going to be on the 17th April at Joseph Hood Recreation Ground in South Merton at the ping pong table next to the tennis courts, STARTING AT 1PM and going on until around 5 ish!

Everyone's welcome to come along and have some fun, I'll drag my Big Mini over and we can use the ping pong table to set up some ramps.

It's a nice park so if parents want to come along there's plenty of space to hang out and enjoy the weather too.

Hopefully there will be a couple of TNP's team riders coming along as well!

any idea how easy this is to get to from victoria coach station or paddington train station?

Dead easy... 30 mins from Victoria, jump on the Victoria line to Stockwell then change to Northern line to Morden, which I think is the closest Tube stop... Or you could get the overland to South Merton which is a bit closer, but probably only a 10 min walk tops...

It's pretty easy from Victoria.

You go from Victoria to Vauxhall, Vauxhall to Wimbledon, Wimbledon to South Merton and it's a 5 minute walk from the station

Should take no more than about 30 minutes from Viccy

Listen, if I can be around 17 different nationality's, cultures and religions in a foreign country and see everyone get along then a meet up in the park should be easy.

Danggg pete, I thought you were ging to do a legit event like I was super keen but seems like you have rushed into things and setteled for the cheaper option, maybe if it was organised more in a better location etc indoors better date, more people from the uk could turn up!
