This morning I kickflipped into my cereal bowl. Couple hours later I come back and my bearings are pretty fucked. The wheels do not want to roll smooth at all. Any ideas on how to fix em? Clean em? etc? I want em back to normal, they are like brand new duros and now they are fucked.

UPDATE: I figured out that the outside layer of the duros was spinning but the inside wasn't. I had to pinch em with my fingers to get the inside rolling, then roll just that wheel on the edge of the table, applying all pressure down on that wheel, to roll out all the gunk. They are pretty much back to normal, though Ill still probably grease them a little.

My 2 year old gets pissed that he can't have cars at the table, thus no fingerboarding sesh during breakfast anymore.
