im getting a new phone, im either going to get:
nokia N97:
5 mp camera
32gb inbuilt memory, expandable by 16gb
querty keyboard
lots of appd including facebook, weather, GPS, skype ect
google it for more info.

sony ericsson vivaz:
8 mp camera, HD :O
facebook,twitter ect.
youtube
google for more info

i cant decide which one to get :L help?

vivaz because the n97 isn't a nice interface to use, and thats important imo. The nokia is only good for lots of music and such, and, yea, its not worth how much of a clunky annoying phone it is : o

Nokia's are built to last. However, if the Vivaz has Android, DEFINITELY get that, it's so much more better than Symbian.

thats what im mainly looking for, the capability to hold lots of music ect seeing as i dont have an ipod or anything

also, i dont really like the whole interface of the vivaz, i just looked through a review, it has lots of pointless features :L

So for the vivaz, you can't add any memory with like microsd cards or anything like that?

im pretty sure you can...my sony ericson c905 has an extra mini sd card? AND THE VIVAZ IS THE NEWER VERSION..(dam caps)

Well, I watched some test videos of the two. The Vivaz definitely wins there. So if you plan on filming with you're phone, get the Vivaz.

the symbian OS (s60 I think) on my sony ericsson satio is really nice to use, so, yea, symbian on the vivaz, if it has it, isn't bad. And if its android, GET IT. Hands fucking down android is amazing. happy

Oh ok. I think the Vivaz is probably your best bet. Oh and I just checked, you can use microsd cards, and it comes with an 8gb one apparently.

anna just got the INQ chat 3g. its like a blackberry, but only costs 50 quid. Its realllly good. And can take memory cards etc to play music. If you're after internet stuff, then, yea, I'd recommend that. Its soooo nice to use, if I could take my satio camera and put it on it, it'd be the best phone ever for me. happy

Within your price range, i'd have a look at a few other phones, like a HTC phone. If you know how to root a phone, you can make them absolutely amazing. Plus, HTC's mostly run Android, the phone i'd go for would be a HTC Desire. 1GHz processor and more than double the RAM of an iPhone (Can't remember how much off the top of my head). You cannot go wrong with it.

na its either the N97 or the vivaz because thats what 3 has offered for my next contract haha
ive used a htc desire, and loved it but they only offered the N97 or vivaz =/

although i said i dont like them, i went into the £ store in leeds and got some demo's of the phones, its absoloutely amazing :O

I swear the vivaz looks worse quality than the satio for filming, even though the vivaz is HD : o Then again the vivaz has a worse sensor on the camera I'd imagine as its 4mp less, so thats probably why.
you should get a fisheye for yours dude, they're 15 quid on ebay, check out my channel to see how much more awesome they make footage look happy
