If I used a ruler to measure the width of the board and the Blackriver trucks and got 28mm more or less, do I have a complete which is not 32mm? I mean is not wide shape?

a 32 deck measures 32mm or 1.2598" plus or minus a few thousandths

you either measured wrong, or bought the wrong size. pics please.

Here are some pictures of the deck and one in which I measure the trucks with a ruler.

If it doesn't measure 32mm, chances are it isn't 32mm wide

Your deck and trucks are both 28mm, wide Berlinwoods/BRTs are 32mm and above

Yeah, that's a 28mm or 29mm deck and 28mm trucks.

What you got there is plain and simple regular BRTs (not the wides ones). The berlinwood deck is not the wide shape either. If someone sold it to you as a second hand "wide setup" you`ve been had obviously..

yeah, the all complete is second hand I bought it from someone.
But the hanger and the bushings look pretty new.
Could you tell me why it matters if the trucks are new or second hand?
I don't know if this is connected but  I have a problem with the axles of the hanger,if I screw the nuts well the wheels get stuck and don't spin.
If I screw them weakly the wheels spin but after a few tricks the nuts come free(after a few tricks the nut already came off three times)
I have put the wheels on my old Blackriver truck and I screwed the nuts
Until you feel that it starts to catch and the wheels spun no problem, on the new trucks that I received with the complete it clamps the wheels if I screw with the same force as the old one.

If they are second hand there could be a chance someone has overtightened the nuts at some point or something. This would create issues like this. The locking ring inside the locking nuts could also be worn after some time as well as the threads on the hangers..

good point bakko. the axle could have slipped in the hanger.

Also they could have ground the ends of the axle off to make the nut sit flush with the end of the axle.

second hand means they could have modified them or they could just be messed up from lots of usage.

also if you got them second hand...if they told you it was a wide setup you got tricked.

from this pic it looks like one axle is longer on one side than the other.. tell me the axle slipped in the hanger.

it's probably a set of the older BRTs, where the axle bolts sit more loose in the hangar. You can just push it into a centered position, but it may cause problems with stuck wheels anyway.

But if your nuts fall off and wheels get stuck, it seems like you're using non-BRR edition wheels? To avoid the nuts falling off, you could carefully glue them, or just wrap teflon-tape around the threads.
