I just need to rant about Bawsewood. I bought a deck from him on December 15th. The deck=already made. All he had to do was put it in a bubble mailer and ship it out. Naw, he shipped it out on Monday, December 29th. SO basically 14 days to ship. It's now January 3rd and the tracking didn't even move. I am not even hyped for this anymore. I don't even think I will set it up. He contacted me about it and offered 50% off of my next order. Which I doubt I will use because of the the bad experience the first time. *sighs8

He's just doing this company on the side. He is not Amazon Prime. The fact that he even offered you 50% off the next order is incredibly generous. People need to realize that small companies like that just do this in their free time on the side.

Patiently wait for the deck and appreciate the quality when it comes.

Not sure what is "lol" about that. I'm. Pretty new to fingerboarding but I have friends that run their own record labels on the side and they get the same type of complaints. It's not their main job. I'm assuming this is the same type of scenario

If it's a company someone pretty much runs on the side by themselves and then even offers 50% off their next order...that's more than reasonable. Again, if you want something immediately, look to Amazon Prime, not a small company

i personally think this uncle guy doesnt realize that this baweswood stuff isnt cool shipping wise, personally idgaf if its a side project i make decks too i will ,make sure to send my stuff out, if someone is kind enough to order a deck ill be kind enough to make sure they get it there as fast as i can.

Maybe I'm just old an grumpy. I personally don't have a problem is someone if communicative and  sends a quality product. People have "real life jobs" and obligations that get in the way. Especially of this person ordered during the holiday season. I don't know. Just the way I interpret it. Hope ya'll still love me

bawse is run by 17-18 year old. i bet they don't have a job that disallows them to get to the post office.

Agreed. But still, if it's run buy a 17-18 year old obviously this is not some major corporation with great structure. I think it's impressive a kid that age can build a company at all, let alone the 14 year olds that own sell their own decks. Props all around to anyone that can build up a company with a solid reputation like that

whether something came up or the guy was just lazy...



i ordered a prete from flatface and never got it because my post office sucks ass.. you win some you lose some. hopefully one day that prete will find it's way to me.

also 50% off the next order IS very generous and pretty cool of him to do.

I know that 50% off is kind and generous. But after my first experience I HIGHLY doubt I will ever order from the company again.

Edit: Bawsewood came last week. cracked top ply. There was a 9th hole partially drilled. Rad. Got a refund.

Shipping took forever on my order. (months) I had to email him 4 times because he kept forgetting. Like literally forgot about my order 3 separate times after being reminded. He sent a free deck and when I got them.......well.......theyre effing awesome. So bleh....mixed feelings.

Sounds like it's the end of the world. Get to your bunkers while you still can!

Lucky you even got the crack ply deck.9 TBH if you were to get all pissy and make a rant about me after giving you a sweet deal you'd get 50% off the deck not just a cracked top ply.
