It's pretty well known in the scuba diving community because it goes down and turns into a huge 100+ft deep cavern, but you have to walk thru bear inhabited woods and a muddy swamp in the middle of nowhere before you get to it so that turns most people off. When I was climbing onto that pallet it was because I took a wrong step and sank almost to my waist in mud lol

My buddy was letting me use his Genesis Predator which I may buy off him. I'm fairly new to free diving so there's still some gear I'd like to pick up, and Trent you should make your way to the west coast there are tons of rivers and springs like this in the springhill/brooksville area
Here are a few pics I took with the GoPro

im pretty loaded on gear haha. Mask, full wetsuit, camo lycra rash guard with a hood for deep cold water, dive knife, huge fins, dive watch to time breath ups and to see my depth and temperature, etc. Im not super experienced but I have been working on increasing my breath holds and getting into deeper waters. Most areas around me have really bad vis (about arms length in front of you) and get pitch black at about 25ft. but still have had good days diving.
