| Yes i make them myself, ive been making decks since 2012 (: I use precision sanders to make each and every deck perfectly rounded! I use a high quality drill press, to insure that every deck has strait and perfect holes. I measure each deck, to insure the proper width and length. I also measure the wheel base, and i measure to insure the mounting holes are dead center every time. I use a high quality, and high strength Epoxy to glue our decks for maximum pop. Each deck is pressed with the maximum amount of strength, for a consistent shape with every deck. We use a high Gloss finish on each deck for ultra shiny and smooth finish. Edge roundings are finished by hand with extremely fine sandpaper. When we gloss the board we also use a Wet sanding technique, that they use on High quality cars and etc! Hope this helped SiCar   |
