If you mean the one with the black mesh in it... I would imagine it is either a part of a napkin holder, or some type of paper holder... stationary item... could be wrong though... |

| thanks for all the positive feedback the black fence is part of a letter holder and i found the white curb in the tile section of my local hardware store. |
