| Subject: Re-Shaping Deck? Thu Jul 09, 2015 11:05 pm | |
| I was thinking, I have a deck that at this stage is pretty thrashed, So i was going to try give it a square tail and sand off the remaining amount of the graphic and just have a blank deck. But, Im wondering how hard it would be to actually reshape the tail, if even doable, without ruining the deck as is? Any inputs helpful |

| I wouldn't reshape it with a square tail, since usually a square tail is larger. |

It's doable and I've done it with tech decks and other wooden decks. The one thing to note is that the board will end up being shorter and you'll need to redo the rounding in order to make the deck look nice. It's not hard if you have an electric sander but I've done it with skate grip and too much free time. |

And just reshape the board down? Like its a wide enough deck cause i doubt putting a square tail on will look good unless the entire deck is shaped to it? or am i wrong here |

| dont literally put a square tail on it, it looks odd and its completely unusable. slightly round it off to a shape like this and the tail should perform pretty good. |
