This. If you really want to get your own good quality tape I really do recommend finding a reputable tape company (ex. 3M) and ask for samples of their different types of foam. You're bound to find something you like. If you don't want to go through the hassle just buy some reputable grip from a reputable company. |

| neoprene adhesive for weather stripping and stuff like that. you need to search for adhesive that is 1.5mm to 1mm (or less). you might want to ask for samples like skatemaster said. you could ask someone for the creamy goo source but that's depending on if they want to give it to you. i never respond to pms about it because then i have to go looking for the source which i don't feel like doing.
