I honestly feel the need for me to say this, ban me or don't it's my honest opinion;

I feel like ever since Instagram and social media has taken over the fingerboard scene, Fingerboard HQ has been inactive, when it is active I feel like all the users ever do is gang up on someone, or something and bash on them. I've seen so many threads where it's all a bunch of hatred towards someone/something.. I'm not going to state any names, but quit the shit honestly. It's a fingerboard scene, really you're going to be inhumane and put people down over some stupid decisions/choices they made? The community is small enough, you're not setting a good example for people who want to join the scene because of the stupid shit everyone is saying. The scene is small, not like there are millions of people who fingerboard. No wonder why this forum is dead I don't blame people for bring the scene towards Instagram and Facebook, a little bit on Tumblr & Twitter. I would do the same myself. I remember when Kerry would put so much love and passion into Unite, now he barely posts anything when all he's in it for is the free product and money for "company" Ambt. Lets all just get along and have a sesh. Bring it back to the golden days on FFI 2009-2010 where everyone got along, didn't hate,bash, or put people down; Too bad we can't because it's already done. More people need to put more love and passion into their companies instead of just wanting to make money off of it, because I know a ton of people who only distribute China products and are willing to support any and every level entry fingerboarder, rather than those people who make all their products by hand and don't support shit.

says the guy that joined today... but seems you do have knowledge of the scene/some of the past. I truly miss the FFI days but even then there was controversies. There is always going to be controversies and hate or whatever because humans aren't perfect. There will always be scammers and shady people, no way to get around that.

Ive only been here for a year, but i have throughly enjoyed this place over the year I have been here, i honestly do not have any complaints about this forum. Although its nothing like the glory days on FFI/youtube, we are doing the best we can with a dying out forum scene!
