No sanding involved. Just smoothen it more and more with a metal tool, as it dries youll be able to smooth it a little more with varying amounts of pressure. I use fast drying cement so the whole process takes about 45 mins, if you want more time use regular concrete starting in the morning and go back to it every hour or two and shape/smooth it more as the drying continues. For bowls use a spoon to make smooth,an like in Mikes vid, smoothen it over and over again.
