| But Black Box is dead. EA rebooted NFS so who knows. Maybe we'll finally see a reboot of the Skate series along with SSX. |

| Skate 4 wouldn't be profitable. It's hard to sell people skateboarding DLC. |

| Yeah, it could definitely happen. But if EA will actually devote time and money into such a small project is the real question. Their recent history tells us they're more interested in long-term sales rather than profiting only in week 1 of release. I'd love to see Skate 4, even though there can't really be that much improvement from Skate 3. |

| Skate 3 is on the list for the next batch of "backwards compatibility" for xbox one, but i'd be 10000000000% down for a next-gen skateboard game, especially a new one on that. I think we were all very let down with pro skater 5 lol. |

THPS 5 looks like the developers gave up halfway through the project, but they published it anyways. |

| As much as I'd love to see Skate 4, I wouldn't want to have to put up with EA selling me a 'full' game along with an 'optional' season pass so that I can play the extra maps that they produce for us 'after' release. Not forgetting pre-ordering the special edition so that I can unlock 2 new game modes, 3 maps and a fancy set of clothes for my in-game character.
The state of gaming at the moment is horrendous, kind of makes me want to give up on xbox and actually go outside for once... |

Yeah, marketing teams and capitalism have killed the industry as of right now. Feels like I've been playing a couple GOOD games (smaller release or indie) every 3 or 4 years. |
