Sorry if this sounds like blasphemy, since it's another forum and all, but does anybody else remeber FBT? It was in full swing right when i got into the "scene", and it's really gone to hell now. Ideally, i'd like to buy the domain or something and get it going again, and if anybody knows the current owner of it please let me know. anybody else with me?

But on topic, does anybody know what happened to FBT? Last I remember, that Doracrossedtheborder kid was in charge, or Kyle Friend or something? But it was a sick forum back in the day, does anybody know what happened to it?

yeah Calico i remember FBT it was a sick place toi be last year. but they changed the name and ppl signed up but it just wasn't the same anymore. then it just disappeared. a lot of ppl just used it as a stepping stone like this one and many others to get to FFI. i do like this forum cuz its chill and the theres more convo than BS. the only thing that makes me feel left out is damn the UK is far from here...LOL!

It is against the rules to advertise other forums/discuss them, but, yea, I know you're not trying to be disrespectful or anything so its all cool.
Kinda sucks you feel alienated here.. I mean, at least half the members aren't UK people, doesn't mean they don't all get on here. The UK has not much happening, so, its really a forum for english speaking people, regardless of where they're from. I know none of the UK guys think 'eughhh people not from the UK!' so, don't think 'eughhh I'm not from the UK!' and you'll hopefully fit in a lot better.

Wasn't FBT run by the guy who used to do natura? Mauro something-or-other? I don't remember entirely but I swear I heard that back in the day.

yeah he ran it when I was an active poster on there, and then I think Kyle Friend took over, and if any of you read FFI regularly like I do, I'm sure it goes without saying that that was doomed to fail. After that, I stopped going there, and I think during my abscense, doracrossedtheborder (I think his real name was Evan something-or-other) ran it, and then I think he quit fingerboarding so it just kinda died.

Also, I didn't mean I felt alienated, all the other members of this forum, U.K or not have been nothing but friendly since I joined, but it's just a bit odd. It's like if I were Mexican and joined fb.es kind of.

the main reason I'm asking about it is because I would kind of like to find out who the current domain holder is. I think it would be cool to purchase the domain and start it back up again. If anybody knows, I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know.
