I've been fingerboarding since I was around 9 years old. Back in 1999 when fingers of fury came out I become hooked. I've only had Flatface and berlinwoods for years but lately discovered IG and how large the community has become so I've started trying new decks. I kept hearing how incredible woobs were so I found a two tone cozy and snatched it up. I was honestly blown away. What an incredible piece of art. The quality of this board is unmatched. I love everything about it, it had med kicks, med concave and the fat wide style nose and tail. It is a 33.5 and the top ply is red! I prefer low kicks, and low concave and I hope to get my hands on a relax soon. The only con It has, and it's probably just mine, is that it is extremely hard to get my y trucks on, now I have some old brrs that go right on but I prefer y trucks so that is a con. Overall I'm extremely impressed and can honestly say that the hype over Woobs is very well deserved.
Now for the Unique, I got lucky and recently got a one of a kind hatchling, it has some crazy exotic wood bottom ply with a picture of Bernie Sanders on the bottom that was taken from a magazine. It was hard for me to set it up and start using it knowing that it's a one of a kind but I couldn't resist. When I first saw it I wasn't sure how I felt because of how insanely different it was. The tail has the lowest kick I e ever seen and the concave is beyond mellow. The plys are thick which makes it heavier. After using it for about a day I fell in love. It makes all of my favorite tricks easier and cleaner. I.e. Switch fs heels, nollie heels, nollie tres, and sw fs bigs. It showed me how much I prefer mellow/low setups and it makes BW lows looks like meds. The quality isn't as high as my woob but it's still very high. Both decks are incredible. For my next deck I'm thinking a cowply c3, woob relax, or another hatchling.

That unique looks extremely thick! Could you post a pic comparing the thickness of the woob and the unique?

Yeah. I still haven't figured out how to post pics from my phone which is annoying but I'll give it a shot. It is a lot thicker. These two boards are very different, I've been preferring the unique lately because I feel I have more control with it because of the mellow concave. the plys on the unique are much thicker which makes it a lot heavier. It makes catching tricks easier and makes it easier to keep everything lower to the ground making it feel more realistic. I can't wait for another stock so I can pick up a second one!

Wow sweet review coyjult! I had no idea that it was an older woob! They hold up extremely well because it still looks close to new! Also I'm very impressed that you commented here so quickly, great company man! I look forward to getting lucky enough to catch a new stock someday soon to see how they have progressed! I check your site everyday
