| So A few weeks ago when I found this place and other fingerboard groups and learned that my 4CFB was not a good fingerboard even after using it for 3 years. I decided to get a real set up.
Right now I am have already purchased ytruck new yellow x4s
and winkler wheels afrobi yellow
So now I am just needing a Deck. I have been waiting for the last 2 weeks for a certain yellowood deck that I really want to come back into stock and its driving me crazy today I just realized that it could be up to a month until it would get here once I order it. So who knows when that will be.
So I have put been thinking about getting a g15 from flatface instead. I do not like that it is a random color selection but I really want a new set up cause my 4CFB is falling apart.
So what would you guys do?
Wait until the one you want is in stock. or Buy a g15 and forget about it. or Buy a g15 and then buy the other when it gets back in stock as well. |

| I would say buy a g15. Ive had one and it was amazing. You won't be disappointed! If you have a steady income, then get both and see what kind of shape you prefer! |

| G15's are really good decks, but berlinwoods hands down is always a go to deck. in my opinion ithink berlinwoods perform way better than g15! x-wide shape to be exact |

| Thanks for your guys input. I ended up picking up a g15 last night. I still plan on picking up the Yellowood when it comes back in stock. SO with that being said I have always just gripped over my hardware when I got a new board because I did not expect to remove it what do you guys do to make holes in the riptape so that the trucks can be removed. I tried it once and just butchered my rip tape.
Also Damn I wish I would have saw your message last night James I bout the g15 before you offered to let me look at some of yours. |

| i use a thumbtack to poke the first holes through the tape and kinda move it in a circular motion to widen the hole. I then use a tech deck tool to widen it a bit more then i put the screw in.
There are definitely better ways to do it I'm sure |
