Who was on board during the days of the Tech Deck forum? Im 23 now and just picked a fingerboard back up ( Fingerboarding saved my life ) I had to be younger than 14 at the time....

Man has this completely evolved.. I remember the days when we were bootlegging our own parts customizing trying to make the tech deck better. It evolved into making decks wheels I remember so many things that are now offical branded parts ! I want to say I remember Riptape when the dude that started it was just doing old skool snail mail ordering with pay pal !

Fingerboarding is just as fun as I remember.. if not even more fun.. Hell I even picked up my skateboard from 2007 and started hitting the actual skate park..

Wasn't around for the Tech deck forum days but was around for FFI. Definitely miss the good ole days!

I've been lurking on here and FFI for probably almost 5 years. I finally created an account on here about a year ago

Tech Deck forum was where I got my start! That place was so fun while I was on there, even though I had no idea what the fuck I was doing. FFI was a really big upgrade though once I finally got an account on there.

I remember when FFI came out and I remember that it was pretty "Exclusive" they wouldnt accept me because I was just your average joe I couldnt afford any of the badass stuff and my parents didnt want to support my habit lol..

I remember I finally copped a "morningwood" fingerboard it was dope!!

Hey man Im trying to get with some locals but Im having trouble tracking anything down here in the PHX AZ area... I saw on youtube some videos for like "Emenant" or something they had a meet up at a skate shop somewhere here last year but im having no luck on facebook etc...

It was on the Tech Deck forums where it all got started for me around 8 years ago. After that I was on another fingerboard forum for years (I think it was called Fingerboard Collective but I can't remember.) Right before I quit I had finally got accepted into FFI, I come back years later and its completely dead.

I was on a he techdeck forums many moons ago. Back when Keith aka Disco frog posted all the time but never posted any FB videos ever.

Oh and anyone remember Ryan (Batman360) or gabe4baker? I remember Gabe was pretty good and I'd love to find his insta or something.

I was project_anarchy. I joined that forum in 2001, eventually got hired and helped run part of the forum.
