He might have his mechanist making them now. Or, all he does is glue the plies, press the mold, belt sand it, drill it, clearcoat it. Not much done by hand really.

because they're not 100% handmade, he outsources part of it, I forget which bit. Nothing wrong with that though. If he had to do every deck 100% by hand, with the amount he sells, he'd never have any free time, and, well, noone his age deserves that, hes gotta have his life ^_^

Right on Kerry he also removed the language about how the wheels are made "Unlike techdeck wheels they are made on a lathe instead of molded plastic, so they will have no bumps or inperfections." http://www.flatfacefingerboards.com/g5wheels.htmlseems like if the wheels where currently made on a lathe they would mention it.

flatface wheels are made on a lathe, theres no way they're molded. Do you see any mold marks? I dunno why they don't say it, but, I don't recall them ever saying it about g6 wheels. g5 wheels are years old. Seriously, they're lathed. But, yea, that site, whatever it is, appears to be archives from years ago. Don't see its relevance to today.
