Okay guys, good news.
I have received an email off EFC Fingerboard-Cup (european company), they work closely with blackriver and make their own parks that look just like them, they also fund local events and stuff, they emailed me back giving a positive response and im just awaiting another one to my email reply.

Wish us all luck. Fingers crossed they will send something down for us

Still waiting for a reply from EFC Fingerboard cup dudes. Buuuuttt, i emailed axe ramps and paolo emailed back quickly explaining how their company is moving location and they have just got rid of their stock, so unfotunately he cant at the minute, but he said he's get in touch with his good friend andre that owns low pro and see if he has any money to fund the event. =) Fingers crossed. Plus theres still a chance of getting replies from other companies.
