| berlinwood/brr as great as they are, they have all of us in their pockets....look at the old bw09's for example....a while ago they were just plain plied, and to get one with colored plies you felt real lucky and you would spend lots trying to get them......then bw brought out many colored plies (in the middle of the decks) and it was like orgasmic....then bw bring out dyed bottom plies so when the graphic wears it wears to a colour! wow! your thinking.....now brts have blue bushings! thats right blue bushings! and everyone who loves brts are gonna buy them.....other decks have every colored ply you can imagine, and wides have all the colours of the rainbow in bushings.........brr/berlinwood are very clever at just giving us a little, then getting us hyped, thinking it could get no better, then they do something else........ my guess is in a little while we will have yellow/black/red/green/brown/pink etc bushings after these blue ones are sold, and maybe bw with bottom plies like the oldmolds used to have....but brr/bw will stretch it out and we will think its never gonna happen....... love you though brr and bw |

| yea, well said ross These are cool, but, I don't like the colour, and brr bushings are amazingly already for me. You can always dye bushings with rit dye and a saucepan. Costs less. Lots of people have done it ^_^ I know these are better performing bushings, but, I don't see these being 130980239% popular, just, fairly popular |

| tbh, they look tacky to me =/ not professional, just, tacky imo. theyre ripping people off majorly, they know people will buy their stuff, so they overprice it massively. cmon, €35 for a fingerboard? i bet they can get enough veneer to make 10 more decks for that money. + theres much better decks for like, a 3rd of that price. example: hard knox (from what ive heard), redemption. they dont exactly have good customer service, they just overprice theyre stuff because they know people will buy it. they talk about doing all this for the scene, but, theyre not exactly halping the scene much. making decks that only rich people and working people can buy really, a 10 year old kid isnt gonna be able to afford a berlinwood, i dont see the point tbqh. but, whatever, the products are good and everything, i just dont agree with what theyre doing.

Lolquite. I asked about tshirt sizing, and wrote a long email explaining exactly what measurements I wanted on the tshirts, and I was also REALLY polite about it. I got back: "the tshirts are normal adult sizes." ._________. Customer service fail. I think BRR are doing a lot for the scene. And most of you fail to realise how fucking expensive things are in germany compared to the US. Of course the US can make cheap things, materials are cheap there! Germany is very close to being northern europe, which is known for being expensive. Scandinavia is probably one of the richest, if not the richest, part of the world. I mean, yea, they do mark stuff up a bit, but, they employ like 10 people, at least, on a full time wage. How many other fb companies do that? oh, none? Yea, that'd hike up prices a bit. I still think these bushings are a bit high price wise, they're more expensive than skate bushings.. but, BRR are good. They've done some annoying things, a few of their prices take the piss imo, and trying to get a response off them that makes sense, if you're not german, can be rather difficult.. but overall, they're still great. |
