| dont get a flip because your not gonna be able to use fish eye's on it and that's preety important for filming fingerboarding. canon is good but I would save anothier $100 and get the hf300 |

| panasonic hdc sd9 or hdc10? Great cameras, and I've seen them both pretty cheap. Saw the sd9 at such a cheap price, in really good condition, second hand a while back, was well gutted I had no money ._. |

| The sd9 is a great camera, considering it has 3ccds. That basically means that the footage will have really good colors if set correctly, and lowlight filming will be better than a 1ccd camera. I've seen some on ebay for like 200 too, so there pretty cheap. I also plan on getting this when I get the mulah. |

The canon vixia hf m30 can shoot 60fps and is HD it goes for $400 thats the one I'm gettin since some dumb ass's at my school broke the schools canon hv30 I was useing The hf m30 just seems like the most bang for the buck. |

| The hv_0 series are good too, but the cheapest you could find them are about $400 used. The m30 is touch screen, to me, that is one of the biggest turn downs. Apparently it has a short battery life too. |

hv's wack for the price I did'nt say get one. just got my hf m30 yesterday I dont like touch screens usually on any devices but this one's easy to navigate if your just filming fingerboarding the battery is plenty enough and doesnt even need to leave the charger for that matter. mine whent 130 minutes. |

| Oh, I wasn't saying the hv_0's are bad or anything like that, I was just pointing that out. What filter size does it have? I'm too lazy to check. Honestly though, I'd just go with the sd9. You can get em for like $200-400 if you look good enough and wait for a deal to pop up on ebay. Once again, the sd9 is 3ccd, so it is definitely better than the m30. |
