i have a ramp in the making because i found a really cool mold and i poured some special plaster in its gonna be really cool im gonna make one for my self for now and one for harry for holding cyclone if he wants one if i have enough plaster left im gonna try and make some more to sell/give away only a few of you have tried my ramps and they seemed pretty positive about them

You could always dampen the wood and try to keep gluing it to the frame, just loads of clamps then put another layer of veneer over top. Just a suggestion.. either way i like the way you improvised, looks nice.

id say the wood would be really weak and old as those buckle downs are ancient. keeping veneer in sealed bags does no favors to wood.

hmm needs about 1 hour more in the mold im gonna put another one in the mold tonight and try and get some more plaster soon
