I took an old broken fingerdecks bench (they are barely rideable they are so un-smooth) and modded it with some of the excess plastic left over from making the platform of my park.. it's really smooth..i had to glue the legs on and add a bridge between and then i just cut and glued the top on. it was an afternoon's work if you include drying time. such a nice bench and satisfying as i rescued it. I might make some more, so if you're interested in buying or trading for one let me know.. any way here are pics:

That would look better if the marble / insanely ungrindable surface underneath wasn't there. I know you rescued it but if you were thinking of selling them I think it should definatly just be wooden legs or whatever with the plastic stuff on top

yeah Stacey i thought of that but, the plastic on its own is not thick and it's bendy and flimsy, so if i made more i would have to have something under.. thanks for the feedback though guys

Oh , maybe some painted plywood or something then? I'm not really sure but probably that'd be one of the cheapest options

Labrador_FB, that's awesome. What would be epic is if there was a box similar sized to that, nicely finished on top but also able to open up as a storage box for loads of fingerboard stuff.

That looks awesome, Vic. I can actually imagine scaled up versions of those in public places. Nice pictures you took too. It would look mad fun to fingerskate on too since you've got that normal square edge plus that round thing on top. I reckon people would actually buy them too. Now you just need some kind of name for it? Vic's bricks? Lol, that was bad. Good job, though!
