| do i have to tell my story again?
id rather a mac, any day.
a PC is like a Porsche driven by an OAP loosing her sight....
a mac is like a more modest car, but driven by a pro.
conclusion...although the pc may be supercharged, the operator is a nightmare. OK, they both get you to the same place, but id put my money on the mac getting you their safely, easily and with no problems.....BUT, again its all down to the person operating the machine, and were not talking OAP's now. |

What ross said, basically, macs can be a slightly more stable OS at times, but honestly I don't know how people find windows that easy to fuck up on, especially windows 7. XP had its issues, vista was a steaming pile of turd (as proclaimed by microsoft) but 7 does a great job. Cant wait to finally have a pc running it as of tomorrow!
But, yea, its all down to the person, and what you want to do. But everyone I know whos a computing student, graduate, etc, etc, of the ones who have macs, they all boot camp them and put windows on them, like, that makes their computer better. I don't get the point of paying more for hardware for a mac, and then not running mac os on it. Its just throwing money away, haha.. 'Cool' factor, I guess, haha.. |

But I love my iMac, never really failed me at all. Final Cut Pro is one of the main reasons I like em though. But I don't hate windows, cuz' technically I haven't tried a "real" windows computer. Just some shitty one my dad bought in like 2001. |
