EDIT: because people seem to be confused, I am moving to bristol, but this is before. THIS IS IN PLYMOUTH!

So, yea, this is nothing confirmed date wise yet, but I want to get you guys thoughts on this as I really want it to happen.

Basically, as some of you may know, I'm moving to bristol in may/june. I want to have a big meet up down here because a) I have a GARDEN, in which people can camp. b) there are LOADS of fingerboard spots here, and c) plymouth, whilst having nothing really going for it, is mega pretty, especially in the spring/summer, you guys should all see it

SO! Some time late april/early may (maybe easter holidays?) I want people to come down and have a whole weekend of fingerboarding, pizza, music, chill outs, skateboarding, and ultimately FUN! There can only be like 2-3 tents in my garden only really 8 people can stay over that way, but hopefully more people would be up for coming down and getting a travel lodge and such. I hate to pick favourites, but the 8 people (in no order what so ever) I'd like to stay at mine, are:

Thom McInally
Danny Hynam
Harry Yeates
Will D
Simon Cartledge
Eddie Sharples
Euan

So, yea, help me work out what date is best for this? I reckon if people come down on a friday, get here late on a friday, sleep, sesh all saturday + sunday, and go back monday, that'd be epic. I guess if some people needed to get back on sunday they could do that too.

Obviously if some of those cant/dont want to come, others can come instead. Saturday night is FREE PIZZA FOR EVERYONE on me! As obviously I don't have to travel, I can use some money on you guys. AND, whilst this isn't an event, I'll have a big game of skate and the winner will go away with some homemade obstacles by myself, and maybe other prizes if anyone coming wants to chip in. I might buy a blosom deck for the occasion.

I figure this is the closest the UK is gonna get to kassel ost, haha I'll bring some tables out into the garden, and get some lights outside too. Epic fun

REMEMBER, EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO COME! Just not everyone can stay in my garden. There are other places to stay, such as travelodges.

possibly man it depends when im away in the easter break :O im on holiday with my mum,brother,gran for some of it, and i have a 3 day science trip thing with school :/
so i'll check when im free and if i can get there

It'll be in plymouth, not bristol Plymouth is like 1 mile from cornwall.

also is it going to be warm enough then??? for like tents and whatnot...we've not had the best start to the year already....

Rafivous is around then, and not so far away from there, also if it in the garden do it in the summer? It'll be warm. I'm not to far away, other side of swindon so i'll se what i can do.

this is exactly my worry too....

EVERYONE is going to be organizing events now after cyclone.....its what people do. although life isn't about free stuff.......anyway.....yeah.....i think theirs going to be lots of events now just taking away from everyone meeting up, and it will be smaller events really regular.....ive got nothing against this. but id rather their were 1 or 2 big events each year that everyone went to......the more the merrier.

I'm gonna get 10 pizzas, you can have two to yourself if you're that much of a fiend, haha.. I could easily eat like 1-2 large pizza hut pizzas, so I'm the same, haha XD

I'm thinking early may as easter might be busy for some people.. And well, we're having MEGA warm days here, today was well nice outside, I almost feel like I got a tan, so, yea, may will definitely be warm enough. It gets sooo hot here around april and normally stays hot til like september. Just bring sleeping bags and sleep in a hoodie if you're mega cold Fingerboarding shall keep us entertained + warm, haha

What about 30april weekend? The day before, the friday, is the royal wedding (I think) so everyone gets the day off and can travel then.. and the monday is a bank holiday, so that day off too, and people can travel home then and have the whole weekend

^this is in plymouth, not bristol, I'm doing this before I move but yea, the train to london is only 3 hours.

Well, its 1 mile from the cornish border but you do realise cornwall is an entire county and thus it'd depend WHERE in cornwall you are as to how far it is? But yea, I could walk to cornwall if I wanted to its that close. And there is a GREAT train line thats very active between penzance (the farthest point of cornwall basically) and london, which goes through plymouth.

Any more thoughts on the dates I suggested guys?
