| Dooby Decks is now introducing the next generation of performance and has devotedly adopted skateboarding realism processes into fingerboarding; the DD3 (Double D 3). We only use the highest in quality maple, along with the best in class wood bonding glue. We have greatly improved our deck making even when we thought there was no room for any improvement. The DD3 features medium kicktails coinciding perfectly with medium concave. Medium Kicktails / Medium Concave | 29.5mm x 99mm The new decks feature a Lighter, Brighter and Stronger shape, feel, and look. We have adopted a few professional skateboard processes. We pressure dye our veneer and use a special veneer softener for our 4th ply from the top to give it its strength and a better form so it can keep its pop longer guaranteed. After we are done molding and shaping the deck; we then send it to a local machining shop. Our decks are electronically precision drilled so you don't have to worry about a truck fitting or not. The holes fit all trucks including Tech Deck, Bollie, Blackriver (Original and 2.0), etc... We use the finest lacquer and have acquired a unique finishing process developed by only the best woodsmen. Also, a brand new thing that we do that some companies don't value as "that important"; we mold our decks 1 at a time for 24 hours each. This guarantees long lasting pop and shape. Some of the other companies mold their decks 2, sometimes 3 at a time only merely for 12-14 hours. We are dedicated to the quality of our decks and devoted to your service and fingerboard deck needs. |

I think this is why people dislike Dooby And why is the word "brighter" darker than the other words :L Not that you can describe a deck as brighter. |

| Brighter meaning by...brighter plies; more colorful. Yes, we are really devoting a lot of our time to decks now.
I am perfectionist and I always need to do things in an instant "Boom". Not just doing one thing better one at a time. Like for instance, now we have a new mold so we are now taking our decks to a machine shop to have them precision drilled which is spendy; $2.25 a deck. We also are now using a different size of maple and softening the 4th ply from the top! This increases pop.
And now we are molding 1 deck at a time in each mold for 24 hours when we used to do 2 decks for 12 hours. This means we are really only making 2 decks a day and I am okay with that. I just enjoy seeing our decks turn out so good and watching and taking part in the process of making really, a very nice fingerboard.
We did a lot of research on deck making and used all of the company's funds towards the new camera we wanted, and also the money I get from my job to experiment veneering, glues, lacquer, pressing times and compression, pressure dying, etc... Also we are sending payment confirmation e-mails and sending a tracking number with your order.
All I can say is that... guys who think we are in it just for money and not in it to help. This should be your change of heart. We really do try hard here and our work is just beginning to show now. The main reason for such a delay on all of these new things is money, we didn't have that much money to move on. But, now since I have a very part-time job; We have a little extra money to do more things.
I believe this is why people hate/hated on us. Because they think we are just in it for the money. No, completely wrong. For a company to move on or achieve their goals; they do need money. So, maybe Dooby Decks came out in a hasty mood and people just thought we were in the scene for that and money being our goal objective.

Because I actually like to fingerboard, not sit on the computer and talk about it. To me sitting on forums is sort of a waste of time. |

People hated on you because of that video you make complaining/whining why people didn't buy your decks. Not hating, I don't really care either way, cba with hate. New mold looks pretty nice, I prefered the old one though. And I did lol at brighter being the darkest word XD But yea, good work, would love to see more pictures And dan stop being a penis, he's not forced to come here. And Dooby the reason people hate you is that you talk about your decks like their godly and stuff... And it is hard to fit in with all the haters that are behind it . Does this make any sense? |

| Yes! What would you like me to do? handmade, drilled nice, kinda cool, 5 plies REEAAL WOOD!!! It's called marketing. People do it to make their business/company sound/look "better than the rest". IMHO I think that when kids/teenagers run these kind of companies all it does is ruin the fun because no one wants to support this person or this person or whatever person. There is so much immaturity here it's crazy. All these kids/teenagers getting jealous over this and that, talking shit on the computer and dissing another company. And jeeze... the picture and description is just showing you guys our new mold and what we have improved and are now doing with the performance of our decks. All we're trying to do is better our company. |

| Have you ever bought a deck from us? Not trying to start anything; definitely not. I'm in this with you also. I would really like all this hate to stop.
The price for the DD3 is $24.99. Mainly because we only make 2 decks a day; very limited quantities at a time. We have our decks electronically precision drilled even before sanding insuring they are even and precise. That's $2.25 a deck plus tax. We also now send a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number within 48 hours of placing an order. We ship next day guaranteed! The 48 hours is just because USPS is not open on Sundays. Tracking number is $0.95 cents. Shipping is $1.78, plus PayPal takes out about a dollar from an order of $25.00. I believe it is $0.91 cents.
So really, the most possible we get from each deck is $18.95, and we used to sell our decks for $17.00 and back then we only got to keep $15.00-$15.50 from each.
Yes, I hate deductions and such also. |
