| ys + brr ed wheels. So, yes, yes you can. they're no way near as nice as on brrs as they don't lock in place and spin on the bearing, but, yea, they work and they're smoother than no bearing wheels. |

for more info on going from tech deck to beasty setup, read the new to fingerboarding guide on www.unitefingerboarding.com you guys help me out a lot i plan on buying dump trucks but i want bushings too just don't know where to but them from i like my stuff to be new. but buying a deck is so hard for me rite now i need a wide deck with medium kicks i'm slowly going to step up my setup. plz send me some links thanks |

| RM watch double posting! Just edit your last post if you have to add something else! Also you could probably save just a bit of money on your set-up by buying some No-Comply wheels... They are a little bit cheaper than flatface but as with all things fingerboarding you'll find it's all about personal preference. |

| Some cheap, usable fingerboard items reccomended for beginners would probably be: Pure deck(message the guy brian above me) Redemption (Redemptionfb.com) Nocomply trucks nocomply wheels nocomply tape Yeah very cheap, sick setups But I'd definitely reccomend a more "professional" setup, like mine: FL tape, FL medium deck, Ytrucks X3, Substance THCas It's really nice and will certainly last a long time, if you have the money then go for it! |

| As Brian said Pure is a good choice.
Temple fingerboards are good as well.
When Lovedrug finally releases they will be a very good deal coming straight out of Denmark!
Just check out the indie guys here on the forum most of them make very good products for very competitive prices and will sometimes customize their decks to your liking. Not to mention that almost every single deck company I've worked or interacted with on here has been nice as pie. |

| The one tip I will give you that someone gave me when I started that I hope you will never ever ever ever forget.
Fingerboard to have fun, if it comes to any other reason than that you are doing it for the wrong reasons. If you get caught up in gear, or competitions, or sponsorships just step back and remember WHY you are doing it.
It's the best advice I can give anyone about any sort of hobby like this. |

| What Brian said... It's not even that bad... Try to show them some of the professional videos and see if they change your mind? Sometimes it's just getting rid of the stigma that it is a skill and not just a toy.
Other than some people are just closed minded pricks and you just need to ignore them and keep doing your own thing. |
