Yeah I'm saving up for the gopro HD hero, was constantly watching gopro fingerboard vids all day today and it's so cool! Wont get it until agessss but I can dream!
Discuss guys It's a new concept of filming, what do you think about them?

i think they are siiiick for fb and i bodyboard so it's sick for in the water shots.
If you get one make a mount for your hand or wrist, as footage would look sick on the hand that does the tricks!
i really want one but i don't have 284 quid lying around

ahh thats pretty good..i don't live near a beach infact the nearest one that's surfable is and hour and 15 mins away. But me and my friend (who surfs) love it so much that we go there every chance we get and go camping and rent holiday homes..When you do something like that properly rather than just paddling round with a board on on holiday, you have to get your fix as often as pos!

They always have these and they are lots cheaper they also do 550d's for about 100 quid more but there is more demand for those but look at canon UK's store they sell all types of stuff.

You can't change the shutter speed or fps.
I don't know what to do i should have enough for a 550d by my birthday i have 45 atm and my birthday is in 5 months so i might

go for the 550d finn, you can get them new for £480, thats all mine cost.

And to me go pros are sick, but at the same time if I'm paying for a camera, I'll get an amazing quality one as its not worth getting something not amazing quality.
BUT, if you're not sure how much you'll like filming and stuff, then the gopro is a better idea, as its still nice quality. Just make sure you film in decent light (ikea lights are £8 and they OWN)

Yeah Kerry, but I think a camera like a 550d is just too expensive, yeah you do get crystal clear quality but I think gopro make much more interesting videos in the way that you follow the board around haha, it's just so fun!

And the one I will be getting would be the HD one that has brilliant quality especially with good light like this video:

If you got a 500d your slow motion would be shit.

FPS and Shutterspeed help out a shit ton.

So far, more people have voted you get a 550d than a 500d.

GoPros are good to, but for a little extra you get something ALOT better.
