| today i honored a request i got from xi......make him a freestyle deck....its still sticky, and needs some more lacquer, but i hope you like it xi. if you have as much fun using it as i had making it, then im pleased. it was a refreshing change to make something different

i dont know about ever? but its not something people want really....anything under 28mm nobody wants to use these days.... it was quit quick and easy to make really, as i had a few 'rejects' from the sale batch where i sanded them a bit off......so i was able to just use one of those and sand it to size.... i quite liked doing it actually. its not the same old finishing off the batch of sale decks, and i wasn't in the mood for those today....(well ill be doing some more tonight).... but for the meantime i made this... and thanks everyone, it makes worthwhile

| Ross do you think you could make a longboard. Well not really for me because I just wan't one of your normal decks but i'd just wonder how it would look. When their out and i buy 1 could i have one like that, that shimers in the light |

| i could possibly make hell freeze over if you would like?.....would strain my resources a bit though.... yeah i could do a long board....they are flat though, (well not totally) so i wouldn't be able to use my mold......i could just whack some veneer's into a vice and bish, bash, bosh job done |

| Woah, Ross. That was incredibly fast... and that deck looks so amazing! It looks so more interesting than my BW and I am very excited to skate it.
You were so fast with the deck, I haven't even had a chance to get together the rest of the components for the set-up I was planning. I've just ordered some truck tuning sets earlier this evening and I have a few spare sets of my gold regular trucks. I could possibly salvage the Riptape from my unusable Soma. Then I'd possibly have to scrape together £37 for Substance Ebonys from Swat (can't find any other backless SS wheels other than Jades) and buy some more washers.
Thank you so much for going through this effort for me, Ross. I know your Blosom decks come at a standard 30.5mm and this is completely different. I don't know many people making decks this size any more and I'm so pleased you were willing to make one. |

There is one fingerboard rule that I am pretty adamant about: The deck and truck widths must match (or be within 1mm difference). That deck should be 26mm. BRTs are about 28.5mm? Railstands/Primos aren't going to work. :/ |
