so, once I'm back from holiday, have finished some work I need to do on unite, and settled back down to england, I'll have a bunch of time on my hands which I plan to use on fingerboardhq. Lots of love coming into this place, it certainly needs it!

One question, though, WHO do you think would make a good mod? I have my eye on someone, I think the other members of staff would agree, but I want your input as well. Who do you think?

Ryan (Flexboreder) he'll be around at night for the americans and he has been here long, knows right and wrong, is generally perfect for it..

Are you looking for an american so they'll be on at night? Or europeans too? Because personally I think Xi would be perfect for the job Everyone seems to respect him and what he says. He never picks a fight, he respects others, reminds others of the rules, and helps settle disputes. Honestly I was surprised he wasn't a mod after a few weeks of being on here

Anyway, clearly one main critereon for a new mod would be their timezone being able to cover the forum when UK mods are sleeping/working/fapping.

The young lady posting above this may be an option but I would prefer Victoria Wisner.

She's active on the forum and is US-based so she can cover those timezones. She also has good posts and is on good terms with the forum in general.

Oh, so the title was suppose to be preparation, I thought it was some joke or something, and was meant to be perparation haha. I reaaaaaallllllyyyy hate saying it myself, but I could help out around here if you need it, as I'm in the U.S. too.

I know she might be far from active but I think she's probably the best option for that timezone. Sorry but I don't really fancy being a mod. There's already Kerry, Blosom and Danny when he's on to cover the UK timezone. There's also plenty of other Brits that could be mods like Rafi.
