i really hope he did buy them. because if he did. FINALLY i have his address and will be able to get to his parents/ foster carer.

I have to look deeper into it but theres appearently a filter that you cannot go onto a specific site with a blocked/masked ip address.. if we could find that and apply it,we'd be in business. We would either get his real ip and ban him for good or he will never make another account. Either way its a win win
