| so i have BWNM elias deck and graphic wore out so i want to repaint the bottom ply ( with one color ) and then relacquer it any tips on doing that ?
what paint i should use? |

| watercolour wd40 No that would be an awful plan. Try acryclic paint that seems to work fine. And you can use yacht varnish for a really shiny laquer if you want, I've never tried varnish but yacht varnish is really shiny and doesn't come off easily |

| The have spray laquer in most modelling shops that should work pretty well, try keep it as dry as possible like don't use an overly wet paint do it in layers so it drys out etc don't soak it.. Good luck |

| id suggest acrylic lacquer as you have no experience with lacquering. you'll make a right pigs ear of it with polyurethane lacquer. (spray on) if its brush on do it quick. like within 30 secs. and any gloss based paint b4 hand. and again. if your brushing this on, do it really quickly. otherwise you'll bodge it. if you wanted a pro job, im your man |
