So, EFC was like the most amazing experience of my life, sooo good. Beyond good. But this isn't about EFC. I had a 27 hour bus journey home (3 hour wait in london inbetween changing busses) but I get home to see my door open, which is odd. Then my girlfriend comes out looking really worried. Upon further looking down corridor into our flat I saw that water was pouring out the ceiling. A waterpipe burst like 30 minutes before i got home. THANKFULLY nothing expensive was damaged, but water was pouring through the lights in the ceiling so the electricity is turned off. Even though it doesn't leak any more the house is still soaking on the floor, our bed is fucked, my computer chair is fucked (when you use pcs as much as I do it sort of means a lot to you, haha..), and we cant live there. Wednesday night we stayed in a travelodge (cheap hotel basically for all you non UK people) and now we've come to my mums, who lives like 70 miles from where I live. Wifi dongle is the only internet we have here, so its slow, but, AHHHHHHHHHHH. 2 weeks before moving house our current house has to explode and be uninhabitable, and we're basically gonna be at mums living out of a bag for a week, as its gonna take a long time to fix. The flat upstairs had their boiler blow up during this whole situation as well, and that alone will take 2 days to fix. Fuuuuu.

Ever get the feeling things cant just go good? Like, I had a beyond amazing experience of a lifetime at EFC, but good cant come without something bad counterbalancing it? I dunno, shit always seems to go down like that.

Just caught up with unite but I don't have time to catch up here other than PMs. Hopefully this evening I'll get round to reading everything and probably banning people that need banning XD

Damn sorry ta hear that man I was in a similar situation a few months back, water leaks are a nightmare..

Hopefully it all get sorted asap.

As far as the counterbalancing thin goes I have ta agree with ya, seems like when things are going great there needs to be something major ta go wrong

Yeah, glad you're back man. I bought my self a blosom from flatface. Finally! I never had water leaks in my flat. I hope you get that repaired asap.

Shit that sounds deep *excuse the pun* will you be able to get any compo from your landlord/lady for the damage to your stuff, or atleast your home insurance ?
Just so you don't feel singled out : I have been slowly restoring a car i bought for the last two years at my parents place,I've only had it for around 4 weeks and someone smashed into it last week while it was parked :evil:
