3. Is there anyway to make Blosom decks take either of the aformentioned trucks? I've heard that they are not setup for that.

I have a setup now thats pretty awesome but I want to try something a little different.

Oak stock whenever they feel like.

Both good trucks, but It all comes down to your budget and performance preference.

Blosom Decks do not have kingpin holes, therefor they're made to be used with the new kinds of trucks. Ones that don't have the kingpins popping out, like Tech Deck ones.

Awesome thanks Harry. I found the Oak's I wanted in stock on flatface and a cool Berlinwood deck, i'm thinking about ordering a set of Bollie trucks for the time being will the Oak's fit the bollie trucks without having to do any severe modification? THanks again everyone for your help.

Also i'm assuming the berlinwood will come with a sheet of tape? It doesn't say on flatface whether it will or not. Sorry for a million questions but i'm ordering this while i'm on tour so I want to make sure I get everything I need.

Hey Rafi i'm ordering Ytrucks but I figure its gonna be a while till they ship to the US and i'm on the warped tour now so it will be easier and faster to just get everything from flatface. Do you know if the Bollies will fit the oak wheels, i'm stoked to check out the ytrucks when they arrive. What do you dislike about the the bwoods?

Let me know about the trucks/wheels fitting as soon as you can. My internet is kinda spotty on the bus and i'm trying to get the order in while its still kickin.

I just think berlinwoods kinda run out of juice after about 2 months
but if you wanna try one and want the tape then get one but if i was you i would get a blosom they're in stock

Oaks are designed for BRTs/Ytrucks but they should work on shaped trucks too. Bollies are shaped China trucks so I'm guessing they should work.

BRTs vs Ytrucks is a matter of opinion. There will be plenty of people who will say BRT, Ytrucks, both or neither. I've got both and I really like the bushings with the Ytrucks. I haven't tried the BRR TKY bushings to compare them to though.

As for Blosom deck compatibility with BRTs/Ytrucks, they should be fine. Fingerboard truck holes are all standard and the only issue is when decks have no kingpin hole but that only affects the really old Tech Deck trucks and this is hardly a problem any more.

so you should get a blosom deck, bollies and oaks and maybe buy a pack of tape but you could buy a flaked deck which comes with tape

but if you order bollies now they are the 3.0s which look different but will still probably work with oaks

Go to redawn, they sell micro washers which are very helpful with oaks. That I can promise.

Thanks for all the help dudes. Just ordered a Berlinwood blackriver graphic deck in blue. some Yellow Oak wheels and a set of the Bollies to hold me over till the ytrucks get here, also picked up the flatface bike rack which should be fun. Be on the lookout for a tour bus sesh video coming soon!!!

Think i'm gonna get one of the Gopro cams for the time being, a couple of the dudes in the bad offered to help me shoot some shit so i'm hoping to post some intereseting vids from all over the place.

So unfortunately for me my deck dissapeared from my bag on a flight from Chicago to Baltimore. Fuck my life, i've been so bored. Just ordered two full new setups from flatface but i'm still super bummed as I really loved my yellowood and I spent a ton of money on it. I'm even more bummed because its probably got left around my hotel somewhere and some maid just picked it up and probably gave it to her kid or threw it in the trash not knowing how valuable it was to someone.

Also I picked up a an awesome canon camera that shoots 1080HD to make videos while on tour, went to go get my deck to start shredding and thats when I discovered it was gone. Ughh

Ahh man thats awful, I actually cringe when I think about someone throwing a yellowood,brrs and winklers away like its nothing >.<

Shit happens I guess, probably the biggest drawback of my job is the amount of crap that gest lost or misplaced. I can't tell you how many macbook chargers i've lost its ridiculous. I got this stuff coming though so it'll be okay, just kinda bummed.
