PostSubject: PC or Mac?   PC or Mac? EmptyTue Aug 09, 2011 11:05 pm

PC or Mac?
What Do you like more?
I prefer PC mainly because of the price..
other reasons: Gaming, Layout, the way the commands work (mac is too simple)
(Don't even try to say macs can't get virus's they can..... they couldn't when mac was released but that was because people didnt have virus's made for them yet but now their are plenty of mac OS inflicting virus's)
(i will admit Mac is better for simple media arts ex: editing, making music, graphic design that jazz
, and they statistically last longer.)
(just my oppinion)

My question to you is!
PC or Mac?
What do you use?
do you like it?
why/Why not?

PC or Mac? Empty
PostSubject: Re: PC or Mac?   PC or Mac? EmptyTue Aug 09, 2011 11:19 pm

I've Windows 7 and prefer it. Most apps are designed for Windows and even with Wine/Cider, you can't get them all to run on Mac/Linux. Also, I'm not a retard so I don't get viruses. My old Windows laptop lasted 4 years until I had some issues with the PSU although it still works. The Windows laptop I had before that was from 1999 and still works now. I capture video with my old PC which runs Windows XP.

As for Macs, I've used them in college/university and it's a bit simple and overpriced. I'd rather spend less money doing anything I would have done on a Mac.

I also have a few versions of Ubuntu and Backtrack just for other tools also bootable on my laptops.

There everywhere because mac are very simple to use.. There in every institute so any chimp can use it without much need
For knowledge of computer systems.

Both are good in there own right..
As for the whole virus thing no one was making viruses for macs because no one gave a shit about them as soon as they started becoming as popular as they are today viruses started to appear
