The low round one is an Airflo rail (Creekwood edition). The sell those in batches at a time, usually directly through FFI. They sold some through CreekwoodFBS and that's where I got mine from.
The round bikerack is a Close Up bikerack. It was part of my sponsor pack that I got from them. You can get them at www.CloseUp.frwww.swat.cz and I think they will also be in stock at Inexp at some point. There are probably other places that sell them too.
The low downslope rail is from a Tech Deck set. They still make this kind of ramp although it might be a different colour with different stickers.
