| New Foamy G is like the grippiest shit I've ever seen. Worn in Foamy G is not that grippy at all. It's pretty good though.
It's good but not my preference.

| Foomy j was more gripping and thinner. Todd changed it because people were saying it was less grippy however it is slighty more thicker now. |

what happened with foamy j? wasn't that supposed to be thinner/less grippy? Yes. It was exactly that. When it was new, it is like one of the best tapes ever. After a couple of weeks, the tape starts crumbling apart (more than any other tape I have experienced, much worse than Foamy G). I really hated getting all the bits of grip all over my desk and when fingerboarding, the bits would stick to my wheels and make it all bumpy. It was just a massive mess. At least Foamy G can last a while and worn in Foamy G is not "too grippy" at all. |
