means they have sold out to get more fans, the old stuff was so much better. and there new sound even though it apples to the masses isent there real sound.

How do you actually know that? If you ask the band they will probably say that their sound has improved.
BMTH has gone from being death metal to being post hardcore/emo'ish. And I'm pretty sure that they are happy with it.
I like more or less all there music, even tho it is completely different. And to me they still has the edge that most bands loose when "selling out".
My point is, don't trash-talk music. It's primarily a matter of taste.
Another thing is that it is much better (at least to me) to see bands like BMTH get changed a bit so they can get succes, than seeing bands that are build from the ground with only cash for the producers in mind.

Completely agree, Iv never really liked bmth, but the sound on there latest record sounds much better, but on the other hand I don't know if they now sound better because they think the REAL hardcore sound is now more popular. Hardcore needs to stay underground, I don't want hardcore to go mainstream at all! At the moment I can go a show for £6 and get a shirt for £10, if it goes mainstream it will fuck that up.

yes kerry have heart, stuff like that is sick and you listen to basement? There almost like emo / hardcore
^^ and my mate was on about going to that, mannys a bit far for me though
and i cant stand bmth, they make me cringe :L
And uk hardcore has a completely different edge to us hardcore imo I prefer uk, but some us bands kill it
