^ H ewanted me too let you guys know because he wont have a laptop with him till the end of the week so Northwood sare pretty much legitimate and they are one of te few companies that have a trademark just like brr and flatface.This project is gonna be great he was looking for reviewers and I recommended 2 people on fbhq

Good idea but for now he is colabing with Z shred. I hope you respect the comany and Jarred.You dont know how much hard work he puts into his company with all the jobs he has

z shred is a bout as low or even lower than china wheels, id rather a pair of china wheels to zshreds lol

I think that's pretty cool, better than just reselling china wheels but a collaboration sounds good
But a shame it's zshred though, and not someone more supportive like nocomply, this scene is so small, dedicated company owners need all the support they can get, not random ass non-supporters like the owner of zshred

I think he's going in the right direction with thw whole colaboration thing but like everyone else said, Zshred is not the company to do it with.

I don't know about the complete being professional, considering your company isn't that known, and Z-Shred isn't the best company out there...

I got my first Northwoods complete two weeks ago and the board I had been riding was a Zshred with new era wheels. My first and only bad impression about Northwoods were how much more awful the wheels were! I'm with anyone else on here who's tried fingerboard products from China. They're pretty awful in my opinion.
But Zshred's new era wheels also fix that problem for me. Perhaps Zshred's wheels are not everyone's personal preference, but it's a step up from the wheels that were being sold with them. Every step up is a step toward success.

Jared has put a lot into making these boards, and he still has a ways to go, and many more ideas and improvements are being made as fast as possible. Of course, not everyone is going to like these boards. But please, consider trying one. I was having doubts myself, but I did not make any assumptions and I did not doubt their performance before trying one out. They ended up being WAY better than I expected them to be. This won't be the case for everyone, I understand, but I think it's wrong for a lot of people to put down any fingerboard company just because they prefer something different. People have been talking bad about them, yes. But people like them as well. Negative feedback is just going to encourage other fingerboarders not to buy a product based on another person's personal preference, when the product may have ended up being perfect for them.

I'm speaking for all fingerboard companies in general, not only Northwoods. Everyone keep your options open! These are amazing boards, and they are not the only products out there that are being rejected so easily. Decide for yourselves what sounds best, and if you question a product, ask someone who owns that product what they think about it. You may be surprised by it's performance if/when you decide to get your own. Happy fingerboarding!
