Your decks look great. Look the natural plies.

I would suggest drilling your mounting holes closer to the tails of the deck and not so far out from them. Just leave at least 1-1.5mm's of space between the mounting hole and the start of the curve on the tail.

I used to make decks from 05-08, I have quite a few trade secrets I could share with you.

I have fixed the not so rounded edges, and i will be getting some kind of template to make the holes perfect (wheelbase longer that is) very soon. Expect perfect looking decks in about a week or so, and also maybe 4 plies, along with some other things.

Also, you should make a model with higher kicks, then I'd definitely get one.

Yes the top holes are countersunk, but i probably wont get a new mold for a while though, i need to sell some decks and get some money to get a CNC'd one. Vion G2 decks will be out very soon, with better rounded edges,better laquer,longer wheelbase, and i will probably sell 4 plies aswell.
