So this was suggested, and I think its a pretty good idea so I decided to try it out. Instead of the calendar in the top menu (because, who used that? no one) there's now a button that says 'blog', and links to unitefingerboarding. Myself and some other members here were surprised when a member said they had no idea what unitefingerboarding was, even though this site is part of the unitefingerboarding family.

However, its made the menu a bit smaller, so does anyone have any suggestions as to a word that could be there instead of blog? Something that isn't unite, something like 'news', or that sort of thing.

And what do you guys think of this? Should it stay?

Yay and I think blog is fine, because that's exactly what it is news seems like something that wouldn't get updated much, idk

If I was looking at a meetup thread, I'd check what day of the week it is for a specific date and I even use it for everyday things, because the fbhq calendar is like the most memorable calendar to look at because I can also browse some fingerboarding

BUT, unitefingerboarding is not just a blog, that makes it sound much less than it really is. Hence wanting another word. But it'll do for now

I think it's awesome, Kerry! The menu looks better like that, IMO.

Another idea, a button called 'family'
which link to a page that will have links to all parts of the unite family
I.e, unite, and the unite YouTube and any other parts of the family can be added if there ever is any more you could also put the same sort of thing on any other parts of the family Kerry
It's only 1 letter shorter than 'calendar' too

"news" or "fb news" could work. You could also make it stand out by using a grassy green colour.

You could use the word 'website'?
