| I've tried a 29.4 mm with medium concave so yeah. My suggestion is width should be rationed to the concave. Wider=Deeper concave. |

| I used to ride a 7.6" for street xi, so I don't think its small. My favourite width now is 7.9" though. And 30.5 in fingerboarding, I find 31 overall is a teeny bit too wide (but I can use it), 30 is okay, 29 too thin, and 32+ is just crazy. |

| I ride 8.25s 'cause I'm a real nigga. Fingerboarding though I don't mind really. Anything is useable, it's just what you get used to. Honestly the wider the deck the nicer it feels, but only relative to a thinner deck. When you get used to a tech deck it feels great, and then 28mm feels better, then 30, then 32, then...
But yeah. At some point is stops performing like you want it too. I think 32s are a little too wide to perform desirably but they do feel amazing. |

| i honestly think the cutoff of acceptable deck widths is 27-32. any more or less than that and things just get silly. |

| It depends. I will be able to tell sometime soon tho.. Working on making a setup for each millimeter from 27-32.
But i think it depends alot on the shape of the deck too. One thing is sure, wider decks for bowl/miniramp skating. |

| Usually 31.7. That's one I've been rockin' lately. Either that or a standard 31. |
