1080i is horrible btw.. interlacing is shit for anything that requires decent slowmos imo. 720p > 1080i

Well it has 720p also. The camera just has a 1080i option.

Idk it may be 1080p. Because on a different site it said 1080p, but on the site where I got it from it said 1080i.

There's really no need to look for a stashed present, but my camera I actually picked up from the ups man, so I kinda saw it before Christmas if I put it that way. But it was in the website's box .

You can de-interlace videos though(Make the framerate progressive basically.), which must be done for most cameras used in skating as skating is still filmed in sd a lot. Technically there isn't anything wrong with interlaced footage if you watch the footage on like a tv, it's only bad when you upload stuff online.
