Whats goin on guys...new to the forum, not new to fingerboarding lol. I have been skating for about 18 years, and fingerboarding on and off for about 5...bet ya I'm the oldest FB-er here lol...anyway I just got a BWNM (alias model) and had some questions. I noticed on BRR's website it shows them to be alternating plies between maple/walnut, and the one I got (off ebay) is 5 ply all maple. And it also doesnt have the kingpins counter either...did I get screwed? This is the first BW I have had, finally retired the old trusty YW Twirl, well I till got it, but its resting :lol: Thanks!!!

No way...my YW is stayin with me forever =) But anyway here is some pics ...Ill have to wait till tm to get one with the trucks off. Its a nice deck, great shape, good pop, i have no complaints about it, other than if I got ripped off ha ha!!

I know that there was someone selling copied decks there for a while, but this one came with some other stuff that was legit, like some new g4d's and such.

no you didn't get screwed. Sometimes they use maple/darker woods alternating but I've seen a lot of plain maple ones. Its just chance what you get. Sometimes you also get maple red alternating. As for kingpin holes, my current bwnm came without them and so I emailed brr and got an email back from them saying they no longer make kingpin holes on their decks. So, its a real brr

my friend has green ply on his bw nw and you should support brr buy buying from them not ebay lol

yeah its legit, they stopped putting kingpin holes in and most of the bw's have all maple plies now
mine has blue plies

oh I do...there's no doubt that brr and flatface has gotten my money lol...this deck was just a bonus for the y trucks and wheels I got along with them;)
