| JT Apopoclypse mold is being released January 20th 2012 This is positively the best mold I have produced in a long time, and for a limited time I am offering customs to you! I cannot offer dyed plies, sorry, there is many exotics available though. Maple decks which will be sold for $15 upon release are only $10 in this thread! Exotics and other woods are a little bit more read bottom of thread. Shape The graphic on the deck is my face like the one from like a year and a half ago that was stolen from me. ZebraWood Maple Exotics Please post what ply combination you want for a quote on the cost Each deck takes 3-4 days to be made before being shipped. I will be on top of the construction/shippin please do not worry, you will get your deck even if I have to stay up until 2 in the morning making it. Justin Anything not a ply combination in this thread will be ignored by me and I will ask a mod to delete, if you need something other than a deck pm me. |

Thanks lol umm that is one of the first decks produced out of the mold I have that picture printed like 20 times on maple lol its what I like for my decks I just found it the other day I put sooo much thought and work into this mold. I am really trying to turn the company around and any money brought from the decks is going to go to producing wheels and making them as cheap as I can. After my first stock I am going to try and get a company to distribute them, It helps when I get support from the whole forum, I enjoy making decks and improving. I also want to have great prices but it puts me in the hole selling them for less than what it cost me to make them. TheMattigan, I know they are huge lol I couldn't really do much because it was webcam pics, sorry for quality lolz |

| I'd say buy yourself a hydraulic press and mold your decks. Most people put 100-200 pounds of pressure on their decks. I put 450-480 usually. Depending on my day. Lol.
Use grade AAA 5 ***** maple only. Nothing else, don't try it. Don't use wack exotics that you've never heard of either. They are probably too porous, that's how exotics are. They destroy pop and make it mushy.
Also if you go with my molding idea, make sure to put a little veg oil/pam on the mold before you do so it pops out easy. And don't use titebond glue or even think of it, not sure if you do but don't pick it up.
I pretty much just gave you the secret to deck making, but I left out a "few" things that you have to just be a forgiven livin' fella to know. |

I know what everything is called and I've used it all before and it makes great decks this is my fourth year making decks and I would never use titebond it warps the decks like there is no tommorrow lol The maple I use is tiger maple which means there is some almost translucent stripes going horizontally on the veneer it cost a little extra but it is wonderful and easy to mold I pretty much knew everything u said (thankstoRoss) Thanks for trying to help though and ugh to the guy who quoted forgiven and said bamf(I abreviated it) that's spam |

not your personal army etc etc we don't usually clean up what people say unless it's offensive i've never deleted "spam posts" only given people warnings for doing them plus when we start deleting people's posts all the time people don't tend to like it very much |
